By playing our games you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not play.
1. Your account
The game is online only and needs an internet connection. You are responsible for your account. One person may not sell, share or transfer accounts.
2. Virtual items and currency
- Gems, tickets, heroes and other in-game items are a limited license to use inside the game. They have no real-money value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Random rewards (summons, wheels, chests) always show their odds in the game before you use them.
- Purchases are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store and follow their refund rules.
3. Fair play
Do not cheat, use bots or modified game clients, exploit bugs, attack our servers, or harass other players. We may warn, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and remove items gained unfairly.
4. Chat and player content
Be respectful. No hate speech, threats, sexual content, spam or sharing personal information. You can report and block players. We may remove messages and limit chat access.
5. Changes to the game
We update the game: we may add, change or remove features, events and balance. We may stop the game in the future and will give reasonable notice in the game.
6. Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
