This policy explains what information our games collect, why, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the game.
1. Who we are
Nemesiz Studio ("we", "us") makes the games. Contact: support@nemesizstudio.com.
2. What we collect
- Account data: a game account ID, a device identifier used to sign you in, and, if you link one, your Google Play Games or Apple Game Center ID.
- Game data: your player name, progress, heroes, items, currencies, scores and rankings.
- Purchase records: what you bought and when. Payments are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see or store your card details.
- Chat and social data: messages you send in game chat, guild membership and reports you make or receive.
- Technical data: device model, operating system, game version, IP address and error logs, used to run and secure the service.
3. Why we use it
- To run the online game: sign-in, saving progress, matchmaking, leaderboards and chat.
- To deliver purchases and restore them.
- To keep the game fair and safe: preventing cheating, fraud and abuse, and moderating chat.
- To fix bugs and improve the game.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Where it is stored
Game data is stored on our servers in the European Union. Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is active. Chat messages are kept for up to 30 days. When you delete your account, we delete your game data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example purchase records).
6. Your choices and rights
- You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion.
- You can delete your account in the game (Settings) or by following these steps.
- Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA or UK), you may have more rights under laws such as the GDPR. Write to us to use them.
7. Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the game.
