Delete your account

Option 1: in the game

  1. Open Puzzle Battle and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Account, then Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is closed right away.

Option 2: by email

Write to support@nemesizstudio.com with the subject "Delete my account" and your player ID (shown in Settings and on the title screen). We may ask a question to confirm the account is yours.

What is deleted

Your account, player name, progress, heroes, items, currencies, rankings and chat messages. This cannot be undone, and unused purchases are lost.

What we keep

Purchase records that we must keep by law, for the period the law requires. Everything else is deleted within 30 days.
